If your realtor is not using social media to promote new home listings, they’re missing out on a ton of potential buyers and is a disservice to their clients. It’s not enough to just list a house on the MLS and send a few flyers or emails out. I work hard to market my client’s property through every available social channel to bring the best and highest buyer/offer to their home. I am very active on social media and my number of followers has grown exponentially over the last 7 years. I use social media ads to target home buyer audiences and have sold many homes due to buyers seeing the ads that I run across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
