In today’s world, if you don’t have some kind of pulse online, you’re falling behind the competition, and not doing your clients and their listings justice. It’s not enough to just list a house on the MLS and send a few flyers out. I work hard to market my client’s property through every available social channel to bring the best and highest buyer/offer to their home. I am very active on social media and my number of followers has grown exponentially over the last 3 years. I use social media ads to target home buyer audiences and have sold many homes due to buyers seeing the ads that I run across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google +.
